Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Please note that we only accept returns for products that are in new and unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Refund Policy page and follow the instructions provided. Returns must be sent back by mail, and it is the customer's responsibility to provide a return label. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-Eligibility for Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you require a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your refund to be processed.
